Shipping

● Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for sublimation & DTF transfer items to ship. Regarding bleached tee's, Florida weather does vary, so if for any reason your order cannot be fullfiled in this time frame, we will reach out, via email, and keep you updated.

● Please allow 9-12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for Tie-Dye shirts, as these take a little bit longer to process.

● All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.

● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 10 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email us.

● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.

● If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

● All items are made to order and will vary in bleach pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you.

● If you are in the Tampa Bay Area, you can select Pick Up at checkout. Please message us on either Facebook (Lauren & Co. Designs), Instagram (laurenandcodesigns), or email (laurenandcodesigns@outlook.com), so we can let you know when your shirt is ready for pick-up & we can designate a pick-up location and time. 

● Anyone not located in the Tampa Bay Area must select Shipping at check-out.
